Everyone was extremely helpful and eager to assist with a friendly smile. Our salesman, Tyler,
went over and beyond his job duties for us. A few weeks after purchasing, my husband & I were in
Lafayette & decided to stop by Cajun Harley Davidson, our first & last time ever going there!
Service was horrible; we walked around for 30 minutes before someone finally offered help, no one
was smiling and to top it off, nothing was in stock! I was so upset when leaving; I contacted the
manager, who could care less about my phone call. We will gladly drive 1.5 hours to deal with only
Renegade!

Good Morning,
I wanted to take a moment to drop you a note concerning my recent purchase of a 2012 Road King Classic
via the internet. This is my fourth Harley purchase and by far the easiest and most seamless transaction in
my experience. Lindsey is totally on her game with answering questions, arranging financing within the
payment parameters and may I say that this was all completed over the phone, via the internet and FedEx!
I think the total amount of time it took to work out a deal was maybe 4 hours. I was amazed. She was
friendly, helpful and informative. It does not stop there. I had a few modifications made on this bike
(handlebars, pipes and lowering shocks). Victor was excellent! He called me back with pricing within 15
minutes of our original conversation. He gave me options and when the bike was delivered, it was what I
expected. I can't ask for anything more than that. But there is more... Harold Tyson, the delivery guy, was
timely, friendly, and an absolute joy to deal with. I was particularly impressed he was towing my bike behind
a Ford F-350 as I am a Ford girl myself (2004 Ford F-250). He really went out of his way to make sure I had
my Valentine's Day gift on Valentine's day! I just thought you should know that your team has made this
customer VERY happy... and they all deserve a raise! LOL. I know in the world of retail we often don't hear
the good things our staff accomplish. Well, I am here to tell you that your staff accomplished making this the
best experience EVER when dealing with a Harley Davidson dealership. Happy Riding!

GREAT crew, from the showroom back to the shop I felt right at home. I was very pleasantly surprised,
as I was buying a used bike. And a special thanks to you for going the extra mile, as I said, I will gladly
drive 100 miles for better service, and for this, it went beyond my expectations. I had a great time
riding home that afternoon, and riding it to work every day since. You may be hearing from me again

I want to let everyone know how impressed I am with Renegade Harley. I have been to a lot of dealerships

delivery man, everyone worked flawlessly to make sure everything worked out to have my wife's bike

Thanks to the guys at renegade Harley Davidson. My rear tire was gone on my Electra with side car.
They got me in and out in a couple hours and didn't stick it to me when no one else would get me
in-They were to busy to help a rider out. Thanks Renegade, I'll be back. Harvey went the extra mile,
as well as Johnathan-who said he wouldn't let me leave with a tire in that shape.

Have to send out a great big THANKS to you guys for helping me out. On the road trip to
NOLA earlier this month I had an unfortunate break down. Belt drive pulley bolts sheared
75 miles north of Alexandria. You guys sent a truck out at 5:45pm to come get me and
my ride. Couldn't fix it because RC Components was going to have to make the wheel again,
but you guys did everything you could do to help me get the bike back home. I appreciate all

Renegade is 250 mile round trip from my home worth is because of the exceptional care I get. Mike Raila  listened to what I had to say and he made a way for me to get the bike I wanted for a payment I wanted too. They had in stock all the parts for the upgrade I wanted and delivered my bike to my door step a few days later !! Someone from each department spoke with me gave me their card and told me how they were there to help me. In the 2 years I have spent going to Renegade Mike & Jessica Raila have become a good friends and family to me,  there is not a day that goes by that I don't get a text msg from Renegade telling me about something that is going on or from Mike just to saying Hi! It is awesome. They develop customer loyalty and I am a lifetime customer now. I was in your dealership on the 14th of November and wanted to congratulate Lindsay and Jessica on their professionalism and enthusiasm shown for the Harley Davidson motorclothes division. I rode my 2009 Ultra Classic CVO on a trip through Louisiana and made the stop at your store, whereby I ended up buying over one hundred dollars worth of merchandise from your motorclothes branch. Jessica was extremely friendly as well as Lindsay, and believe me its a nice touch to see that. So many dealerships seem to lack that attribute anymore. I took my '05 heritage into Renegade on Tuesday Oct 16 for warranty work on my Harley Boom windshield mount system. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. They replaced my old speakers with a new system and it works perfectly now. The service I received there was great. I also had my back tire replaced. I am totally satisfied. Thank u to the Renegade staff and especially Paul. He was the greatest help!!! Paul made me a returning customer!!

Just wanted to drop a note to thank you and the Renegade crew for the great job you did on selection and financing of our recent purchases.  I love my 2007 Heritage and I could not have gotten it without the persistence of your team.  You made things so easy! 

As you are aware, 9 days after that purchase, we were told my husband, Pappy, had cancer.  We had agreed he would get a new bike shortly after my purchase but the cancer really put a damper on our hopes of doing so anytime soon.  His old Road King finally could not make the ride any longer and he was very upset.

As fate would have it Renegade came to the rescue!!  Your anniversary weekend sale was right on time! He was able to come over and select the bike of his dreams without having to wait!  You worked with him to come up with the right bike at the right price!  He really loves his 2010 scarlet red Road Glide!!  He is so proud!  He has a reason to want to work hard to beat this cancer as he has new hopes of touring together and really enjoying the open road!  We could not have done it without ya'll !  Can't say how much I appreciate everything you have done.  We love coming over and visiting and will make as many trips as we can until he is no longer able to ride, but we will be back once he has recovered from the treatments.

"After 31 year dream this dealership help me make it come true. Cindy Nolen will forever be on my Christmas card list. I called on Thursday with my wish list and she returned my call. "This is a comment about the RIDER'S EDGE riding course offered by Renagade and taught by Jim Buckles(May God always ride with your angel). On Sunday, September 6, 2009, I successfully completed the course. Two days later the lessons and skills Jim instilled in those of us that took the class came in to play for me. I was riding my Ultra Classic home from work, approaching a red light, when from my left an individual pulled out into my lane from a fast food restaurant. Using the SERVE technique, i successfully avoided putting my cycle into the side of her car. PUSH HARD RIGHT< HARD LEFT, kept me out of the hospital. I did it without thinking, just did it. My Harley responded like she knew what to do. "My comments come in two parts. The first is a testimonial on the RIDER's EDGE Course I just completed this past Sunday (September 6, 2009. Mr. Jim Buckles (God Bless You) was our instructor and because of his training and the riding techniques he instilled in me (along with the others I am sure) I can write this today from my office and not the hospital. I ride an Ultra Classic and was on my way home from work in heavy traffic when a car pulled out from my left directly into my lane. "Recently on a trip back from Sturgis I had a problem with my rear wheel. I pulled into Renegade and talked to the service person (Brad) which I told my problem to(Now this is at 5:00 and they close at 6:00). I told him I was from out of town and he immediately took my bike into the shop. They had the part but the part to be replaced had ruined the rear wheel. He then went out of his way to get the rear wheel and replaced it. The mechanics stayed past there normal working hours to get me back on the road. Now I know when they say family I know what they really mean. Everyone in the service department went out of their way to get me back on the road, something I'll never forget."
