I'm writing this to let everyone know about the great service/help that I received at Renegade Harley-Davidson in Alexandria!! I started off with an 07 Heritage Softail, and I was ready to move up to a Bagger. After much research, talking and looking around, the Road Glide Ultra was the bike of my dreams! In the past year and a half, I visited many Harley Dealers trying to get into this dream bike. I don't have the best credit score, but have been working hard at it to get it back up. Needless to say, the other dealers did not get me into this bike. They seem to be looking for easy sales and some even turn their noses up at me when they found that I needed a little help!   I was about ready to give up after many trips to various dealers , and being mislead. I made a call to Renegade Harley-Davidson and talked to a friendly salesman, Nick Jorgensen and made an appointment. I can't say enough about Nick, very friendly, knowledgeable, straight up front, worked hard to make it happen!!  I'm a Navy Veteran, most places this means little to nothing!  But not at Renegade! They Honor and care for military personnel. I had a couple of credit hiccups to straighten out, which my lovely wife handled on the phone, and Nick-excuse the expression worked his butt off-to make the deal happen. Nick went as far as going to the owner of Renegade Mr Eddie and got him involved in helping out!!  After 5 hours I came out of there on cloud 9, on my dream bike a 2012 Road Glide Ultra!! I cant thank Nick Jorgensen and Mr Eddie enough for all the help and great service. So to all out there, if you want some great friendly down to earth service and help, I strongly suggest you pay Renegade Harley-Davidson of Alexandria a visit!!

Riders Edge helped me attain the skill and confidence needed to feel safe operating a motorcycle.  It was wonderful from the beginning when I was welcomed by Carl Stafford, throughout as I met other high quality members of your staff family through the dealership tour, until the time I was handed the much valued completion certificate.   The class was fun and exciting.  The instructors, Dale and Jeremy, were truly remarkable in creating a wonderful classroom setting as well as helping each of us maneuver the necessary hands-on skills needed.  They always kept us safe, encouraged and ready for the next skill.  Their knowledge and professionalism is remarkable.

I'm naming this the Brad Brag - recently I got nailed in Alexandria - literally - while checking tire pressures before our ride, it was pointed out that my slow leak may be caused by the large nail politely passing through the tread and out the side wall - we peddled over to your place and met up with a very helpful and friendly Brad, ready set go, he got us fixed up deluxe - and during out wait time there were friendly smiling faces everywhere - and no wonder, your layout is great and you have everything "on the floor" folks like it when it's "hands on" and especially one tire that saved our ride time - Thanks to all the Renegade clan and for Brad, an air five for providing such timely and great service!

I wanted you to know about the great experience I have had purchasing a 2009 Heritage Softail from your dealership. In today's market, it's rare that the customer service exceeds the expectation of the purchase. Cindy has been a joy to work and communicate with during the entire process of purchasing my Harley. Her ability to represent your company to the public is extraordinary. When I called her to change the terms of my sales contract she quickly went about changing the contract and sent a new Fed-Ex with all the new paper work. Never once did she seem upset or put out with any of my requests, which would require her to redo all the paper work. Her answer was no problem and our phone conversation always left me feeling confident with my purchase. Please extend my thanks to Cindy and if you have any customer service programs that recognize employees, she is a prime candidate. Thanks again!

I have been riding for over 30 years now and I purchased my first Harley from Renegade just this year. I will have to say, after all these years of riding every other bike out there, I am totally pleased with my purchase. Now I know what all the fuss has been about all these years, and I have to admit that I now own the best bike on the road today. I would also like to thank Angelina for all of the help they gave us when we purchased the bike. Very very helpful and had the best attitude there. Every time I have came in since, they always great us with a smile and ask if they can help us. To all the guys in the parts department, you guys are the best, very helpful and full of information. Overall, we are very pleased with our new bike and hope to eventually become members of the family at Renegade, right now we are just the in-laws...

"This is a comment about the RIDER'S EDGE riding course offered by Renagade and taught by Jim Buckles(May God always ride with your angel). On Sunday, September 6, 2009, I successfully completed the course. Two days later the lessons and skills Jim instilled in those of us that took the class came in to play for me. I was riding my Ultra Classic home from work, approaching a red light, when from my left an individual pulled out into my lane from a fast food restaurant. Using the SERVE technique, i successfully avoided putting my cycle into the side of her car. PUSH HARD RIGHT< HARD LEFT, kept me out of the hospital. I did it without thinking, just did it. My Harley responded like she knew what to do. I will forever be grateful to RENEGADE( Mr. Eddie and Mrs. Kate) and Jim for caring enough to provide the opportunity for me to learn to be a "Harley Rider" ."

"My comments come in two parts. The first is a testimonial on the RIDER's EDGE Course I just completed this past Sunday (September 6, 2009. Mr. Jim Buckles (God Bless You) was our instructor and because of his training and the riding techniques he instilled in me (along with the others I am sure) I can write this today from my office and not the hospital. I ride an Ultra Classic and was on my way home from work in heavy traffic when a car pulled out from my left directly into my lane. Had I not been exposed to the "SERVE" technique, I would have put my cycle into the side of her car. Without hesitation, I pushed "hard right, hard left" and safely went around the car. "Recently on a trip back from Sturgis I had a problem with my rear wheel. I pulled into Renegade and talked to the service person (Brad) which I told my problem to(Now this is at 5:00 and they close at 6:00). I told him I was from out of town and he immediately took my bike into the shop. They had the part but the part to be replaced had ruined the rear wheel. He then went out of his way to get the rear wheel and replaced it. The mechanics stayed past there normal working hours to get me back on the road. Now I know when they say family I know what they really mean. Everyone in the service department went out of their way to get me back on the road, something I'll never forget."
